The suspects were arrested on Aug. 14 just after 3 p.m. when police responded to a complaint of men spray-painting the abandoned Murdock’s Tire Doctor at the corner of Livernois and Burlingame. Each man now faces a felony charge of malicious destruction of property over $1,000. A sixth suspect is being sought. Craig noted Monday that three of the five suspects are not Detroit residents. An Anti-Tagging Duplication Ordinance?
